Vadodara: The trio, who are currently lodged in judicial custody under the guise of fraud, filed their land information in a special court on the pretext of getting a job abroad and giving a job letter from an ONGC company. The petitioner then ordered to deny the bail application of the accused.

Another accused Dixit Solanki (resides in Anand Nagar, Karelibaug, Vadodara) is accused of making political posters, visiting cards, posters related to Visa Consultant and Visa. The affidavit filed by the investigating officer against the bail showed that Dixit Solanki had met the accused under the pretext of doing graphic work in the name of graphic point in VIP View Complex by editing the job order and Canadian work permit visa computer. As the scam unfolded, Dixit Solanki deleted the required records from his computer, tampered with the hard disk and destroyed the evidence.
In another affidavit filed by the investigating officer against the bail application filed by another accused Jayaraj Baria (resides at Rajdeep Society, Vaghodia Road, Vadodara), he said that Jayaraj Baria had taken fake photos of the accused with the leaders in his laptop.
