GCS Hospital has launched GCS Healthcare Academy which will provide various paramedical & healthcare courses with a vision to contribute significantly to the healthcare system by utilizing its best infrastructure, skilled team and strong academic support under the guidance of a very senior and expert team of faculties. Shri Kshitish Madanmohan (Vice President & Trustee – GCS) and Shri Deevyesh Radia (Secretary – GCS) launched the GCS Healthcare Academy on 16th August.
GCS Academy will offer various Paramedical & healthcare courses in ECG/ECHO/TMT, Medical Laboratory Technology, X-Ray/CT-Scan & MRI Technology, Endoscopy Technology, Infection Control Nursing, Dialysis Technology, Hospital & Healthcare Management & many more in coming years to help students embark on their journey as healthcare professionals.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Deevyesh Radia (Hon. Secretary – GCS) said, “Paramedical courses in various functional areas is an important constituent of medical education. Both healthcare and education are important elements of any economy. By initiating such courses, GCS Healthcare Academy will contribute to Gujarat’s education and healthcare sectors. With immense opportunities in the healthcare sector, the beneficiaries of such courses will not only have a bright career but also contribute more effectively to the National Healthcare Services.”
Recognized by NMC, GCS Medical College has already been at the forefront of Medical Education since 2011 with a yearly intake of 150 in MBBS Courses and intakes of over 50 Doctors in various Post-Graduate Courses.
